  2. Simply fill in your name along with your date of birth to get started.
  3. Once step two has been completed your online booking will be pending. Our clinic will send you an email to confirm your appointment or request a call for further information.

In the event that you need to cancel an appointment, you can leave a voice message by following the prompts or wait to speak to a receptionist if you need to cancel an appointment on the day-of.
